Council of the Preiļi Area sells by auction leasehold rights of the real estate of the local government  - parts of the cultural monument „Construction site of the Preiļi manor”  - the Preiļi castle together with the land plot at 30 Raiņa bulvaris, Preiļi (hereinafter referred to as  – the Site).
  The auction will be held on 5 December 2006 at 14:00, on the 2nd floor, room No.8, at 24 Raiņa bulvāris, Preiļi.
  Auction Regulations are available in the Preiļi Area Council, room No.1 in the Customer Services Hall, at 24 Raiņa bulvāris, Preiļi on business days from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., for information please call +371 5322766.

  Registration of the bidders will start three days after the announcement of the auction is published in the newspaper “Latvijas Vēstnesis” and the deadline of registration is twelve noon of 5 December 2006.   
Determined rent price of the real estate shall be 10% of the annual cadastral value of the Site + 18% VAT. 
  Auction bail LVL 30 000.
  Auction type – oral auction with increasing step.
  Auction step – 1% of the annual cadastral value of the Site. Payment type – 100% in lats.
